I've always been a big believer in having a web presence, but never tried to truly maximize traffic. So this week I've taken the plunge into the dizzying world of Internet marketing and ads. Yikes. It's astounding how little I know about this stuff and how complicated it can be! But I'm trudging through it and will let you know how it turns out. Since closing the store, I've been working on my new directions... and decided to beef up my online offerings. Seems simple enough, but since I'm the webmaster, I just created new work for myself. I've spent the last 3 days planning the new site, photographing the merchandise and setting up the shopping carts. <br /><br />I've also researched how to tap into Google Ads and hope that will push me into the 21st Century... and help pay for the website. We will see. I've got several ads that are from companies I know and love and then some that Google assigns.
